摘要
目的比较轻中度骨性Ⅲ类错畸形拔牙矫治和非拔牙矫治的牙矫治效果。方法测量80例矫治完成的轻中度骨性Ⅲ类错患者治疗前后模型的PAR指数,并进行比较。结果两组治疗前,牙齿错位、咬合关系和覆盖的PAR指数有显著性,P<0.05;2组治疗后,牙齿错位与中线差异有显著性,P<0.05;治疗前后PAR减少的百分率中,牙齿错位、咬合关系项目差异有显著性,P<0.05。结论PAR分值能反映错严重程度,拔牙病例的错主要在牙齿错位、覆盖、中线不调方面较非拔牙病例重。拔牙矫治更有利于牙齿错位的调整。
Objective To compare the outcomes of orthodontic treatment for mild or moderate skeletal Class III malocclusion using the Peer Assessment Rating （PAR） index.Methods Eighty cases were evaluated. Pre-treatment and post-treatment study casts were assessed by the PAR Index. Results The extraction group had significantly higher initial PAR scores, with greater initial dental displacement, dento-occlusal and greater initial overjet, whereas the dental displacement and centerfine had statistical significance between the two groups after the treatment. The percentage reduction in dental displacement and dento-occlusal scores had statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusion The extraction cases showed more severe dental displacement, dento-occlusal and overjet. Extraction treatment is more efficient in correcting dental displacement abnormality.
