被动运动和电刺激对失神经大鼠股骨生物力学性能影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨被动运动和电刺激对失神经大鼠股骨生物力学性能的影响。方法:切断大鼠坐骨神经和股神经,造成失神经支配大鼠废用性骨质疏松模型,并随机将大鼠分为假手术组、对照组(NCG)、被动运动组(PMG)、电刺激组(ESG)和被动运动+电刺激组(PMESG)5组,观察各组大鼠股骨生物力学指标的变化。结果:与假手术组比较,其余各组股骨弹性模量、极限强度、结构刚度、最大载荷、能量吸收均显著性降低(P<0.05),最大应变值显著性升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,各组弹性模量、极限强度、结构刚度、最大载荷、能量吸收均显著性升高(P<0.05),最大应变值除被动运动组仅见降低趋势外(P>0.05),其余各组均显著性降低(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠失神经支配可引起股骨生物力学性能下降,电刺激和被动运动治疗可减缓失神经大鼠股骨生物力学性能的改变。因此,被动运动和电刺激能有效预防失神经所致的废用性骨质疏松,二者联合作用效果更佳。 Objective : Through the experimental research, this paper discussed the preventional function of passive movement and electricity stimulation on rats with disuse osteoporosis. Methods : through cutting the sciatic nerve and femoral nerve of experimental rats, we made an animal model of disuse osteoporosis, and divided them into five groups. Tnose are the fake operation group, the nerve cutting group(NCG), nerve cutting with passive movement groups(PMG), nerve cutting with electricity stimulation group(ESG), and nerve cutting with passive movement and electricity stimulation(PMESG). Tnen we observed the change of the biomechanic criterions in all groups. Results : compared with the fake operation group, the elasticity modulus, the ultimate intensity, the structure rigidity, the biggest load and the energy absorption reduced significantly in all other groups ( P 〈 0.05), the max strain value increased obviously( P 〈 0.05) ; compared with the nerve cutting group, the elasticity modulus, the ultimate intensity, the structure rigidity, the biggest load and the energy absorption increased significantly in all other groups( P 〈 0.05), the value of the max strain reduced obviously( P 〉 0.05)except the PMG group( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion : Cutting the nerve made the biomechanic performance of the thighbone in rats decrease, passive movement and electricity stimulation can prevent this change, so passive movement and electricity stimulation can prevent efficiently the disuse osteoporosis made by cutting nerve. If passive movement affected associated with electricity stimulation, it will be better.
