摘要
在大型二维流化床冷模装置上研究导向挡板布置方式和结构参数对细颗粒湍动流化床流动持性的影响。结果表明,挡板的加入对气泡产生破碎作用,同时对颗粒的轴向返混产生抑制作用,不同的挡板布置方式和结构参数对流动特性的影响程度不同。挡板设置在床层中部对气泡的破碎效果最佳;挡板层数的增加有助于强化对气泡的破碎效果,同时还可增强对颗粒轴向返混的抑制作用;较小的叶片间距有助于破碎气泡,也有助于抑制颗粒轴向返混;较小的叶片倾角有助于抑制颗粕轴向返混,但对气泡破碎的影响不大。
The effect of structure parameters and arrangement of louver baffles on the hydrodynamics properties of FCC catalyst particles in a turbulent gas-solid fluidized bed was studied by using a 500 mm× 30 mm × 6 000 mm two-dimensional cold model installation. The experimental results showed that the louver baffle could break up bubbles and suppress the axial backmixing of particles;yet the influence was varied with the structure parameters and arrangements. On breaking up bubbles, baffles placed in the middle of the dense phase were the best;the breaking efficacy could be enhanced by adding more layers with small vane gap,and the axial backmixing of particles was effectively suppressed as well. Low angle inclination of the vane was observed in favor of suppressing axial backmixing of particles, yet little influence on breaking up bubbles.
