介绍了WZT1400大型卧式振动离心脱水机的研制过程,确定了主要结构与机型、脱水工艺参数,根据动力学模型计算了动力学参数,选择了主振弹簧刚度、激振力、筛篮回转电动机、振动电动机的型号;该设备具有多项创新技术,可靠性高,脱水后的产品水分低。
Introduced are the design and fabrication of the large WZT1400 horizontal dewatering centrifuge: defining of its main construction,machine mode and de-watering parameters;calculation of dynamic parameters based on dynamic model,selection of the stiffness of main springs,vibration actuating force,motor for the rotation basket and model of the vibrating motor;several innovated techniques were applied for this equipment which is found to be of high reliability and gives low moisture content in dewatered product.
