摘要
介绍了超声波液位检测的原理,在此基础上给出了以单片机为核心的液位检测系统的组成,设计了超声波发射和接收电路。为实现多测点的集中管理,设计了串行通讯电路。论述了温度对测量的影响及解决方法,在实验的基础上对液位测量的误差进行了分析。
The principle of the ultrasonic position-meter was introduced, the position measuring system was given with the single chip microcomputer, and the ultrasonic generating and receiving circuit were designed. To realize the multi-position management, the serial communication circuit was designed. The problem of temperature influencing the position measurement was discussed and the solution was put forward. The detecting error was analyzed on the basis of test as well.
