经尿道前列腺电汽化术治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电汽化术（TVP）治疗高龄及高危良性前列腺增生症（BPH）的安全性和有效性。方法对68例高龄高危BPH患者进行TVP。结果行一次电切66例，二次电切2例，随访1-12个月。国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）由术前（29.2±2.3）分降至术后（8.1±3.3）分；最大尿流率（MFR）由术前（5.1±3.5）mL/s升至术后（18.7±2.6）mL/s；剩余尿量（RU）由术前（263.2±84.5）mL降至术后（27.5±13.5）mL。结论TVP治疗高龄及高危良性BPH是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切的手术方法，操作易掌握、出血少、速度快、安全可靠。
