摘要
目的:建立猪肺表面活性物质冻干粉的粒度分析方法。方法:分别测定了以0.9%氯化钠溶液及蒸馏水为分散介质时样品混悬液的粒度分布情况,同时辅以 Zeta 电位测定以考察样品混悬液的稳定性。结果:以蒸馏水为分散介质时样品的分散效果较好。结论:本方法可快速、简单、准确地测定猪肺表面活性物质冻干粉混悬液的粒度分布。
Objective: To develop a method for the determination of the particle size of porcine pulmonary surfactant lyophilized powder. Methods: Determine the particle size of the sample dispersed in 0. 9% sodium chloride solution and in distilled water respectively and measure the Zeta potential to evaluate the stability of these two suspensions. Results:The sample is dispersed more effectively in distilled water. Conclusions:This method can be used for the determination of the particle size of the suspension of porcine pulmonary surfactant lyophilized powder and it is fast, simple and accurate.
