摘要
目的:研究格尔德霉素在溶液状态下的光解动力学特征。方法:以白炽灯作为光源进行照射,用 RP-HPLC 法监测格尔德霉素残留浓度,绘制光解动力学曲线,分别按零级、一级和二级反应方程进行拟合并获得相应参数。结果:格尔德霉素光解动力学总体反应符合一级反应方程。结论:格尔德霉素在光照条件下不稳定,且随着光照强度的增加和浓度的降低,光解速度加快,半衰期(t_(1/2))缩短。
Objective : To investigate the photodegradation kinetic characters of geldanamycin solution. Method: RP -HPLC method was used to determine the residual concentration of geldanamycin solution which was exposed to the lamp ; curves of photodegradation kinetics were drawn, and the order of reaction and parameters were also measured. Result:The photodegradation of geldanamycin followed the first - order kinetics. Conclusion:It is found that geldanamycin is sensitive to the light, the rate of photodegradation is faster and ill2 shorter with the increase of light intensity and the decrease of concentration.
