摘要
1999年,国家为解决制约高等教育发展的“瓶颈”问题,开始推行高校后勤社会化改革。在此背景下对金陵科技学院后勤社会化改革的做法、面临的困难和问题以及今后的发展方向等方面进行了积极的探索。
In 1999 the government began to have the support-commercialization reforms in colleges and universities in order to solve the ＂bottleneck＂ problem that has restricted the development of higher education. Under the background of the situation the author has made some of active explorations for the practice of support-commercialisation reform in Jinling Institute of Technology, the difficulties to be confronted with, the development direction in the future, and so on.
