摘要
以济宁医学院附属医院内部培养业务骨干、外部引进学科带头人的实践为基础,介绍了实践的背景、过程,以数据的形式说明了取得的成果,以及实施过程的体会,简要阐述了医院人才招聘与选才机制。
Based on the practice of training professional staff in hospital and recruitment discipline leader in affiliated Jining medical college hospital, the background, process and achievements were introduced. Talent recruitment mechanism was discussed.
