阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症对照研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应。方法:以阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症各30例作对照研究,采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果:两组RANSS总分在治疗后与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),阿立哌唑组有效率93%,显效率83%,利培酮组有效率90%,显效率80%;两组间疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),利培酮组副作用比阿立哌唑组多。结论:阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症疗效确切,且安全性高。 OBJECTIVE:To discuss the efficacy and side effects of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia. METHODS: 30 schizophrenic patients were assigned to receive risperidone (control group)and another 30 to receive aripiprazole (trial group), with efficacy evaluated by the positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) and the adverse events evaluated by the treatment emergent symptoms scale (TESS). RESULTS: There were significant differences between two groups in total PANSS scores at endpoint as compared with the baseline (P 〈 0.01 ). The responsive rate and excellent effective rate in aripiprazole group were 93 % and 83 %, respectively, and those in risperidone group were 90 % and 80 %, respectively, showing no significance in efficacy between two groups ( P 〉 0.05). The incidence of side effects was higher in risperidone group than in aripiprazole group. CONCLUSION: Aripiprazole has been proved to be an effective and safe therapy for schizophrenia.
