摘要
《超高压容器安全监察规程(试行)》是中国关于超高压容器的一项主要技术法规,也是超高压容器安全监察和监督检验的重要依据,其修订版《超高压容器安全技术监察规程》(以下简称新《规程》)已于2006年1月正式实施。简要介绍新《规程》的修订背景、原则与过程,以及国内外与超高压容器相关的规范标准,并概要给出了新《规程》的主要修订内容。
The background of ＂Super- high Pressure Vessel Safety and Technical Supervision Regulation＂ was presented. The revising process as well as the relative high pressure vessel codes ＆ standards in China and abroad were both introduced briefly. Furthermore, the revising principles, key points and their major technical contents were all covered in detail.
