摘要
应用环境流行病学方法调查了少儿氟骨症转换突出的金沙县联合村患者及病区对照共62人的人群及环境因素,发现有摄氟量(人平均55.44±25.66mg/d)营养低下、钙摄入不足(达标率79.82%)及氟铝联合作用的特点。
Osteo-transformation in children’s skeletal fluorosis was very severe in Lianhe village of Jinsha county ,Guizhou province.We fad investigated the endemic factors among people and environment of total 62 cases of patients and non-patients in the village with method of environmental epidemiology. We found that the total fluoride intake was very high (±s:55.44±25.66mg/day person),the nutritive level and Ca intake were all low (the rate of Ca supply was 79.82%),and there was the characteristic of F-Al combined toxicosis.
