摘要
近年来,一种崇尚个人创造力、才华和强调文化艺术对经济的渗透和贡献,被称为"创意产业"(Creative Industry)的新理念成为推动21世纪经济发展新兴的思潮和经济实践。在当今世界,创意产业有着巨大直接经济效益,全世界每天创造220亿美元,并以5%的速度递增,创意产业除直接的产业经济效益外,还具有很强的衍射效应。中国要发展创意产业,当务之急是在三个方面提高其竞争力。
Recently, a new idea called “Creative Industry” which advocates ingenuity and talent and emphasizes on the infiltration and contribution the culture art made for the economy, has become a new motivation to promote the new way of economic development and practice in the 21st century. Nowadays, creative industry makes huge direct economic benefits with 220 hundred million a day and with a yearly increases of 5 %. Besides, it has strong diffractive effect as well. To enhance the competitiveness in three aspects is the top priority to develop creative industry in China.
