摘要
为了有效地降低工作装置的粘附积土量和工作阻力,拓展现代优化设计方法,针对工程机械的触土部件,基于仿生研究的基础理论和技术,提出了仿生优化设计的新思路,归纳总结了触土部件仿生设计材料脱土性的相关研究成果,以推土铲为仿生设计实例,分析了其仿生改形和改性设计的具体内容和参数,说明了其制作工艺过程和方法,为进一步试验研究和计算机仿真对比分析奠定了基础。
In order to reduce adhesion and resistance of the working component against soil and expand it's design method, the paper puts forward to the new design thought for the soil-engaging component of machinery engineering based on the bionics theory, and reviews the correlative studies on anti-adhesion properties against soil of the soil-engaging component bionic materials. Finally, the paper analyzes the correlative parameters of the bionic design and the modified-material design for the cultivating blades, explains it's machining techniques, and establishes the foundation for the further study.
