摘要
目的观察小针刀治疗腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法将166例患者随机分为两组,针刀组用凹形针推切法治疗,封闭组采用封闭治疗。结果针刀组90例中治愈82例,显效6例,总有效率97.8%,疗效明显优于封闭组(P<0.05)。结论针刀微创闭合松解术治疗腱鞘炎,明显优于封闭疗法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of miero-invasive needle knife for treating tenesynovitis. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The needle knife group was treated by pushing-cutting with a concaveblade needle knife and the blockade group, by block therapy. Results Cure occurred in 82 eases and marked effectiveness in 6 cases of the needle knife group comprising 90 cases, with a total efficacy rate of 97.8%. The curative effect was significantly better than in the blockade group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Miero-invasive closed lysis with a needle knife is significantly better than block therapy in treating tenosynovitis.
