摘要
本文综述了植物重金属毒害及其抗性方面的研究。分析了重金属影响植物的光合作用、呼吸作用,影响植物激素、碳水化合物等的形成等生化过程;并从植物根际环境、重金属的排斥、形成类-金属硫蛋白和植物络合素以及抗氧化系统形成等方面进行了抗性机理解释。
Based on lots of literature data and research achievements, the research development about heavy metal poison plants and plants' resistance were summarized in the paper. It was analyzed emphatically that heavy metal effect photosynthesis, respiration, formation of plant hormone and carbohydrate, and other biochemistry process of plant, and that resistance mechanism embody in the change of rhizosphere environment, the repulsion of heavy metal, the generation of metallothioneir-like, phytochelatins and anti-oxidization system.
