摘要
提出一种新型采用轮胎面聚光镜极轴跟踪式定日镜。分析了极轴跟踪式定日镜的跟踪原理,设计了用于该定日镜的轮胎面并分析其聚光性能。结果表明:该定日镜聚光性能较高,能够满足生活热水、太阳炉等应用领域的要求。
A new heliostat with polar axis was proposed. Compared with the conventional heliostat, the toroidal mirror and the tracking method with polar axis were used in the new design. The astigmatism in a fixed direction can be corrected by the toms and high concentration ratio could be got, but it must be ensured that the tangential plane of the incidence rays coincides with the tangential section of the toroidal surface. The tracking method with polar axis not only meets the above qualification, but also has a simple structure. Therefore, the toroidal reflector with the tacking method with polar axis were combined in order to enhance the concentrated performance and decrease the cost. The tracking principle of the heliostat with polar axis was analyzed in the paper, a corrected astigmatism toms used in the heliostat was designed and the performance of the system was analyzed. It is shown that the new heliostat has a high performance and can meet the requirements of some application fields such as the hot water and the solar furnace.
