摘要
本文讨论了定数、定时和混合截尾数据场合下,AMSAA可靠性增长模型的拟合和增长趋势的检验问题。
In this paper, goodness-of-fit test and tendency-of-growth test on AMSAA relia-bility growth model are considered for three types of censored observations: (i) fixed number; (ii) fixed time; (iii) both fixed number and fixed time.
