Determination of dissociative barium in barium titanate by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry

摘要 建立了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定钛酸钡中游离钡含量的方法。比较了硝酸和乙酸溶样分离游离钡的效果,结果表明,φ=10%的乙酸作为溶剂效果较好。考察了Ba的分析谱线和共存元素干扰问题,Ti对Ba 233.527 nm的测定不产生干扰。标准溶液中加入了与样品量一致的乙酸,保持分析介质的一致性。工作曲线的线性方程为Y =4.219 6 X+0.307 3,方法的线性范围为0.01~100 mg/L,检出限是0.004 mg/L。用于钛酸钡样品的测定,相对标准偏差为1.58%,加标回收率为96.3%~104.0%,测定结果与ED- TA滴定法对照,吻合较好。 Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was used for the determination of dissociative barium content in the BaTiO3. It was shown experimentally that when acetic acid (φ= 10%)was used as solvent to dissolve sample, its dessolvability was better than HNO3. The interference of the coexisting elements on the barium analytical line were also investigated and the results show that Ti has no interference on the Ba line (233. 527 nm). Acetic acid of same concentration was added into the standard solution to keep the medium consistent with the sample solution. The linear equation of the calibration curve is Y:4. 219 6X+0. 307 3 with the linear range of 0.01-100 mg/L and detection limit of 0. 004 mg/L for barium. The method has been used to determine dissociative barium in the barium titanate sample,giving relative standard deviation(RSD) of 1.58% and the recovery of 96.3%-104. 0%. The results were in good consistent with those obtained by EDTA titration.
