摘要
为了降低枯草芽孢杆菌制剂的生产成本,寻找工业废液综合利用的新途径,以甘蔗糖蜜和谷氨酸提取废液的浓缩液为主要原料,对枯草芽孢杆菌的液体培养基进行了优化,并研究了液体深层发酵工艺条件,确定最适发酵条件为:温度32℃,pH7.2,相对溶氧30%,培养时间为28h。在最适发酵条件下进行发酵,活菌数和芽孢率分别达到3.622×109个/mL和94.75%。
In order to reduce the produce cost of Bacillus subtilis, and find a new way to comprehensively utilize industrial waste water, Sugarcane molasses and waste water of MGS were used as main material of the liquid fermentation medium to culture Bacillus subtilis. The liquid fermentation medium and technological conditions were optimized by experiments. The favorable fermentation condition was determined: fermentetion temperature 32℃, pH of medium 7.2, contrary dissolved oxygen value 30%, optimum cultivating time 28 h. On the favorable fermentation condition, the viable bacterial and the rate of sporation were up to 3.622× 10^9 · mL^-1 and 94.75 %, respectively.
