摘要
以Omron的CPMIA小型PLC为例,讨论如何用VB实现上位PC机对多个PLC进行监控。PLC作为下位机控制生产过程,上位计算机进行实时监测或参与控制生产现场的参数。在PC与PLC正常通信的前提下完成了上位机对PLC的实时监控功能。比较商品化人机界面或组态软件监控技术,本项目具有工程造价低的特点。
This paper introduces a method of communication between the host and an Omron PLC with the MSComm based on VB. It realized the monitoring of more than one PLC by computer. PLC controls manufacturing process, otherwise PC participates in adjusting parameter. We can monitor the PLC in real-time under the normal communication between PC and PLC.
