摘要
从可持续发展的角度就公益林补偿的一些问题,提出了对补偿对象、内容及形式的扩增,分级补偿等建议以完善公益林补偿制度,可望有益于我国生态公益林的可持续发展。
In order to keep the public welfare forest developing sustainly, the compensating object, centent and fashien were proposed. To improve the compensate system of the public welfare forest＇ s compensation will be benefit to the sustainable development of our public welfare forest.
