摘要
目的:研究单侧外固定支架结合克氏针固定治疗桡骨远端粉粹骨折的疗效。方法:自1998年10月～2006年8月,采用单侧外固定支架结合克氏针固定治疗桡骨远端FernandezⅡ-Ⅳ型骨折37例,其中男16例,女21例,平均年龄41.6岁,开放性骨折为5例,闭合性骨折为32例。按AAOS(Fernandez)根据损伤机制分类,其中Ⅱ型11例,Ⅲ型21例,Ⅳ型5例。结果:经4～15个月(平均为8.7个月)的术后随访,所有病例骨折均愈合,骨折愈合时间平均为7.5周,1例为延迟愈合。根据Dienst标准作功能评定,优24例,良8例,可3例,差2例。结论:单侧外固定支架结合克氏针固定是临床治疗桡骨远端粉粹骨折的首选方法。
Objective：To study curative effect of surgical treatment of fracture of the distal radius using external fixators with kirsehner wire, Methouds：Form Oct.1998 to Aug.2006, 37 cases of fracture of the Distal radius fracture, the type of Fernandez Ⅱ -Ⅳ,those patient were treated with external fixators and kirschner wire.There were 16 male and 21 famale patients, and the average age was 41.6 years old; There were 5 opened fracture. According to the classification of AAOS,11 cases belonged to Fernandez Ⅱ,21 cases of Fernandez Ⅲ,5 cases of Fernandez IV.Results： All patients had followed up for 4-15 months（average 8.7 months）,and all fractures were union after average 7.5 weeks; 24 patients had an excellent resuit, 8 good, 3 poor ,and 2 fair.Conclusion： It is the first election for treatment of distal radius fractures with external fixators and kirschner wire.
