摘要
目的对利用碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)加固钢吊车梁的弯曲疲劳性能进行试验研究,以考察贴有CFRP钢吊车梁疲劳寿命的提高情况.方法采用简支梁模型疲劳试验方法,在吊车梁模型的下翼缘外侧分别粘贴一层和两层碳纤维布加固,并进行弯曲疲劳试验.在不同CFRP层数和循环荷载等情况下,观察其疲劳性能的变化,通过回归分析方法,确定了N-S曲线中的系数.结果在一定的条件下,利用CFRP加固钢吊车梁后可以明显提高钢吊车梁的疲劳寿命.当粘贴一层时,吊车梁的疲劳寿命大约提高9%-17%;当粘贴二层时,吊车梁的疲劳寿命大约提高20%-30%.结论利用CFRP加固的方法可以提高吊车钢梁的抗疲劳性能.同时利用试验确定S-N曲线的系数,并可以利用该曲线估算吊车梁的疲劳寿命.
the experimental research on fatigue performance of steel crane beam reinforced with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) is made in the paper by using a model of simply supported beam under a repeat loading in the lab. The CFRP for one or two layers is adhered respectively on the external surfaee of the flange of the beam. The flexural fatigue test is carried out to explore the influences of both the number of the CFRP layer and repeat loading, to observe the change of the fatigue performance, and to determine the S - N curve by the method of data - fitting. The results of the research show that the fatigue performance of the beam can be increased by using the CFRP on some conditions and the life of the beam can therefore be prolonged. The result also show that the stress amplitude can greatly influence the fatigue life of the beam when the same amounst of CFRP is used. The efficiency of the reinforcing method is experimentally proved in increasing the fatigue performance of the steel crane beam. When reinforced by one layer of CFRP, its fatigue life was enhanced 9 % - 7 %, and 20 % - 30 % two layers. Also the experimentally determined S - N curve can be used to evaluate the fatigue life of the beam.
