摘要
为适应汽车工业的发展,方便不同型号液力变矩器的制造和产品质量检验,基于普遍适用性原则,在Delphi环境下运用多线程和数据库技术开发了液力变矩器静压耐久试验台自动控制系统。模拟液力变矩器在实际工况下的升降压情况,对YJH300B-1型液力变矩器在静压膨胀和耐久循环方式下进行了试验,得到比较满意的测量结果。
To meet the development of the auto-industry,to facilitate different types of Hydraulic torque converter manufacturing and to test production quality, according to the principle of universal applicability, developing autocontrol system of a torque converter static and cycle hydraulic tester based on Delphi. Such as multithreading and database. Simulation of the actual conditions of oil-pressure of the Hydraulic torque converter, testing the deformation of Static pressure-expansion and its Cycle-Endurance for the type of YJH3OOB-1, and we quite satisfied with the results.
