摘要 为了更准确、有效地检测变速器的装配质量,同时为了模拟其实际工况,设计了可实现数字调节加载负荷的变速器加载试验台。根据汽车行驶方程式,同时利用汽车旋转质量的惯性力偶矩可以转化为直线平移质量的惯性力的原则,将汽车驱动力、各项行驶阻力及转动部分惯量等效为变速器承受的载荷,计算出试验台所需力加载量和惯量模拟量,实现该试验台加载部分和惯量模拟部分的设计。该试验台采用惯性飞轮来模拟常值量惯量,以磁粉制动器加载来模拟变化的加载载荷。 For simulating the working condition as well as controlling the assembly quality of gearboxes more accurately and effectively, a loading test rig which can be numerically controlled is designed. Firstly, an equivalence relation should be made among the power, each running resistance, rotary movement inertia of the vehicle and the gearbox by utilizing the formula of running vehicle, and the principle that the inertia moment of couple of the rotary mass can be transferred in to the force of the linear mass. Then the force and the simulation of inertia needed by the test rig should be computed. And the designing of the loading part as well as the simulation part of the test rig was eventually completed. The flywheel is used to simulate the constant inertia, and the magnetic powder clutch is used to simulate the variable loads.
