用相对衰减系数无损表征30Mn2SiV钢的显微组织 被引量:2

摘要 采用超声波检测技术无损区分材料不同组织状态的研究近年来已成为热点,以经控轧控冷工艺生产的30Mn2SiV非调质D级抽油杆用钢为对象,采用水浸线聚焦检测技术,借助超声波频谱分析方法,以相对衰减系数为无损表征参量,研究了棒材多相混合组织状态与相对衰减系数之间的关系。结果表明:该钢相对衰减系数值分布规律从大到小排列为含大量上贝氏体组织、片状珠光体+铁素体组织、珠光体球化组织。 From both academic and practical points of view, the investigation of different microstructures by nondestructive ultrasonic methods had been a topic of interest recently. In the present work, an experimental immersion beam focus technique had been developed to measure relative attenuation of ultrasonic waves through nonquenched and tempered 30Mn2SiV steel for sucker rod with different mixed microstructures. A relationship between relative attenuation and mixed microstructure of 30Mn2SiV steel for sucker rod was investigated. And the results indicate that the order of ultrasonic relative attenuation in specimens is as follows: upper bainite〉lamellar pearlite + ferrite〉globular pearlite.
