摘要
运用几种热力计算方法,对某型船用增压锅炉低负荷工况的炉膛出口烟气温度进行了计算。结合船用增压锅炉的特点,分析了不同方法对炉膛出口烟气温度计算结果不符合实际情况的原因,指出船用“КВ76”计算方法应该是目前比较适合的方法。为最终确立更适合于船用增压锅炉炉膛的热力计算方法奠定了基础。
Use several kinds of thermal calculation methods of boiler's furnace, and calculate the outlet flue gas temperature of a low load of some supercharged boiler. On the base of calculation results and combining the characteristics of marine supercharged boiler, these methods were analysed profoundly, the influences on making the concerning outlet flue gas temperature of furnace different from actual conditions were got and the method of "KB76"is more suitable presently. Establish the foundation for settling the most suitable thermal calculation method of marine supercharged boiler's furnace in the end.
