抗静电纺粘法丙纶非织造布的研制 被引量:1

摘要 纺粘法非织造布因在生产过程中不加油剂而有静电较大、易吸灰起毛、手感差等缺陷。本研究采用加抗静电母粒进行原液处理的方法试制了抗静电纺粘法丙纶非织造布。文章介绍了对抗静电剂的组分分析及不同配比的流变性能测定以及纺丝工艺试验。最终产品性能测定的结果表明,用本方法可以制得物理指标与同规格常规产品一致而抗静电性能大为改善的新产品。 PP spunbond nonwovens generally have the defects of static accumulation pilling and dusty as well as a bad handle without finishes processing. In this study a PP antistatic spunbond nonwoven is produced by adding antistatic master batch into the melts,the composition and preparation of antistatic agents with their rheological properties also the technological tests in spinning are introduced. The results of quality tests show its mechancal properties are similar to the regular products of same specification but with a greatly better antistatic behavior.
