摘要
目的：评价我院喹诺酮类药物的利用情况。方法：对我院2003--2006年喹诺酮类药物的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果：4年中我院喹诺酮类药物总销售金额、用药频度呈逐年上升趋势，年均增长率分别为6．52％和10．66％，总日均费用呈下降趋势，与药品价格大幅下调有关。结论：我院喹诺酮类药物用量逐年增长，为延缓细菌耐药性的产生，应重视喹诺酮类药物的合理应用。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization situation of quinolones in our hospital.METHODS： The Quinolones used in our hospital during 2003-2006 were statistically analyzed in respect to their kinds, consumption sum and DDDs etc. RESULTS ：Over the 4 years, the consumption sum and DDDs of quinolones increased year by year, with annual growth rates at 6.52% and 10.66% ,respectively.The total daily cost was decreasing due to the large down regulation of drug prices.CONCLUSION： The consumption of quinolones in our hospital increased year by year. In order to delay the bacteria drug resistance,it is suggested that the use of quinolones should be rationalized.
