甘草甜素对肾病综合征患儿尿蛋白的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨甘草甜素对儿童肾病综合征(NS)患儿尿蛋白和血浆蛋白的影响。方法将我科2003年10月-2006年10月收治的30例小儿NS患儿随机分为两组,治疗组18例,采用强的松加甘草甜素治疗;对照组12例,采用强的松加对症治疗。均4周为1疗程,疗程结束后判断疗效。结果治疗前两组NS患儿血清尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、血和尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿N-乙酰-β-D葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、血浆清蛋白(Alb)、24h尿蛋白定量间差别均无显著性意义(P〉0.05);而治疗后两组NS患儿上述各生化指标间差别均有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。结论甘草甜素治疗儿童肾病综合征有明显疗效,尤其在减轻蛋白尿,降低血脂,提高血浆清蛋白方面作用明显,对肾脏有保护作用,辅助激素治疗值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the impaction of glycyrrhizin on urine protein and plasma protein of children with nephrotic syndrome (NS). Methods Totally30 NS children hospitalized in our pediatric division between October 2003 and October 2006 were divided randomly into 2 groups: trial group including 18 cases treated with prednisone plus glycyrrhizin and control group including 12 cases treated with prednisone. After a course of treatment for 4 weeks, curative effect was judged. Results Before treatment there were no significant differences between the two groups of children patients in the indexes of BUN, Scr, Ccr, TC, and TG in blood; β2 - MG in both blood and urine; NAG and Alb in urine, as well as the quantitation of 24 h - urine protein ( P 〉 0.05 ). After treatment, the biochemical indicators of trial group were better than those of control group, with a significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The curative effect of glycyrrhizin for children with NS is significant, especially in reducing urine protein, lowering blood fat and increasing plasma protein. It plays a protecting role for the kidney and can be helpful for steroid therapy in clinical practice.
