摘要
通过对国有资产概念的解析,提出了界定国有资产应注意的问题,指出了国有资产法律保护具有超经济强制性、调节的相对独立性、专门性、实践性的特点,强调对国有资产的法律保护应从刑法、行政法、民法等诸多法律部门予以完善。
Through analyzing the concept of the state-owned assets, the authors put forward some problems that should be paid attention to when defining the state-owned assets and point out that the legal protection of the state-owned assets has the characteristics of ultra-economic compulsion, adjustive relative independence, specialties and practice, emphasize that the legal protection of the state-owned assets should be perfected according to criminal law, administrative lawand civil law, etc.
