摘要
分析了现代管理理念对教学质量的影响,强调以人为本,实施尊重的教育。阐述了高等学校的发展和教学质量的提高,需要以高水平的教学管理为保障。高校教学管理必须确立现代管理理念,坚持全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观,强化质量意识、创新意识,才能适应新形势需求,确保教学质量。
In this paper, the influence of the modem management ideas to the quality of the teaching is analyzed and the article emphasizes take people as the foremost, actualizes the education with respect. It also discusses that high level teaching management ensures the development of the institutions of higher learning and the enhancement of the teaching quality. It must build up the modem management idea; persist in comprehensive, coordinated, sustainable science development view; strengthen quality consciousness and inaugurate ideology to adapt to the demand of new situation and ensure the quality of teaching in the college teaching
