反复自然流产患者血清瘦素水平变化分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨反复自然流产患者瘦素水平的变化及其临床意义。方法:用ELISA法测定50例反复自然流产患者、30例正常妊娠者及20例正常未孕者血清瘦素水平。结果:反复自然流产者血清瘦素水平平均为(881.2±412)ng/m l,正常妊娠者为(1190.1±398.2)ng/m l,正常未孕者为(619.8±145.3)ng/m l,两两比较差异均有显著性。结论:反复自然流产患者血清瘦素水平明显降低,低瘦素水平可能是自然流产发生的又一原因。
