Master CAM软件是数控领域广泛使用的CAD/CAM软件。本文以法兰为例,从分析零件图样、建立实体模型和确定加工工艺,到生成及校验刀具轨迹,最后经后置处理生成实用有效的数控程序,详细叙述了在数控加工过程中运用Master CAM软件的流程和步骤。运用该软件,可避免繁琐的手工编程,提高加工效率,保证零件的加工精度,实现高效优质的数控加工。
The software of Master CAM is popular in NC field. The approach that how to use Master CAM in NC machining was described from analyzing pars draft, designing entity models and confirming machining technics to producing and checking tools path, making practical NC code that have been post processed. With the help of Master CAM, manual programming is avoid, the efficiency of NC machining is higher, the machining precision is ensured and the quality of NC machining is higher.
