介绍了REACH法规所涉及化学品的毒性测试要求,分析了纺织行业中常用的致癌染料、致敏染料、有机氯载体等16类有害化学物质的毒性,阐述了致癌、致畸、致突变和过敏性作用及其测试方法。
This paper introduces the requirements of toxicological test on the hazardous chemicals in the REACH. The toxicity of sixteen hazardous chemicals in textile industry, such as carcinogenic dye, allergenic dye, chloro- organic carriers etc., is analyzed. The functions and testing methods concerning carcinogenicity, teratogenicity, mutagenicity and allergenicity are described.
