摘要 玻璃纤维几乎没有塑性伸长,缓弹性伸长也极小,纤维在本质上都是脆性纤维且耐弯曲性较差,这决定着玻璃纤维的纺织特性与一般有机纤维不同,其纺织工艺和所用的加工设备与化学纤维也有所差别.在进行电子布的加工工艺设计时,采用缩短加工工艺流程的技术措施,使织物在加工过程中尽可能减少纱线弯折、摩擦和伸长,保证了产品的品质.同时对在织造过程中出现的技术和质量管理上的问题,提出了解决方案,指出电子布单重的稳定性与经纬纱密度稳定性有一定关系,同时也与打纬是否均匀密切相关. The glass fiber almost has no plastic extension and the slowest elastic extension. It is brittle in essence, and its bending property is poor, so the textile characteristics of glass fiber are different from general organic fiber, and the textile technology and equipment used in processing are also different from chemical fibers. The subject shortens the process to design the electronic fibric,with the bending、friction and elongation of glass fiber decreased in the weaving processing to ensure the product quality. Meanwhile,as for the problems of technology and equipment management in the weaving process, corresponding solutions are put forward. The article argues that the stability of electronic fibric is related to the stability of density, and closely related to the beating uniformity too.
