摘要
对马拉硫磷和氟虫腈2种手性杀虫剂进行了对映体的高效液相色谱拆分研究,固定相为直链淀粉-三((S)-1-苯基乙基氨基甲酸酯),流动相为正己烷,流速1.0 mL/m in,检测波长230 nm。使用5种醇作为极性的改性剂,在正己烷/异丙醇流动相条件下,马拉硫磷最大分离度为0.85,氟虫腈2对映体可以实现基线分离,最大分离度达1.98。利用圆二色检测器测定了对映体的出峰顺序,在230 nm波长下,马拉硫磷的出峰顺序为+/-,而氟虫腈的出峰顺序则为-/+,并在220-420 nm之间测定了对映体的圆二色谱。
The ehiral resolution of malathion and fipronil enantiomers was performed by high-performance liquid chromatography with amylose tri-(S)-1-phenylethylearbamate as ehiral stationary phase. The mobile phase was n-hexane, with ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-propanol, 1-butanol or 2-butanol used as polar modifiers. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detecting wavelength was 230 nm. The best resolution factor for malathion was 0.85 with n-hexane/isopropanol as the mobile phase. The two enantiomers of fipronil could achieve baseline separation with the best resolution factor of 1.98. The optical rotations were determined by a circular dichroism detector. The elution order for malathion was + / - and that of fipronil was - / + at 230 nm. The circular diehroism spectra for the enantiomers were also studied.
