摘要
以TiC l4为钛源,采用酸催化水解法合成TiO2和TiO2/活性炭(TiO2/AC)复合光催化剂,研究了AC修饰对TiO2形态结构及光催化活性的影响。采用X射线衍射、紫外-可见漫反射光谱、扫描电子显微镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱、低温液氮吸附等测试技术对复合光催化剂的晶相结构、光谱特征、表面结构等进行表征;以苯酚为模型物,研究了不同形态结构TiO2/AC的光催化活性。结果表明,AC可抑制TiO2晶粒生长,减缓TiO2粒子间团聚,提高锐钛矿相向金红石相转变温度,减缓相转化速度。在较宽的煅烧温度范围内,TiO2/AC都表现出较高的光催化活性,对苯酚降解率可达95%以上。
TiO2/AC (ω (AC) = 5% ) composite photocatalysts prepared via TiCl4 hydrolysis method were calcinated at different temperatures. XRD, DRS, FTIR, SEM and N2 adsorption isotherm were used for crystal structure, spectral characteristics and surface properties measurement. Phenol was used as a probe compound for the photocatalytic activity test. Effect of activated carbon modification on the structure chracteristics and photocatalytic activity of TiO2 photocatalyst was investigated. The results show that TiO2/AC exhibits a higher activity than TiO2 within a wide range of calcination temperatures. AC was beneficial to TiO2 size control and phase transformation retardment.
