制定悬浮红细胞类制品溶血性指标的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨悬浮红细胞、悬浮少白细胞红细胞保存期末游离血红蛋白含量内控标准的制定。方法使用邻-甲联苯胺法在冬夏两季分别对悬浮红细胞、悬浮少白细胞红细胞各50例保存0、21、35d后的上清液中游离血红蛋白含量进行检测。结果冬季悬浮红细胞和悬浮少白细胞红细胞保存0、21、35d的游离血红蛋白值(g/L)分别为0.11±0.05、0.54±0.12、0.62±0.17和0.17±0.15,0.73±0.16、0.82±0.21;夏季悬浮红细胞和悬浮少白细胞红细胞保存0、21、35d的游离血红蛋白值(g/L)分别为0.15±0.06、0.62±0.11、0.88±0.15和0.21±0.16、0.76±0.15、0.97±0.17。结论制定悬浮红细胞类制品溶血性指标的内控标准非常有必要,有利于血站开展对该类血液制品的质量控制。 Objective To establish reference standard of hemoglobin concentration of suspended red blood cells and leukocytes reduced red blood cells tested at the maximal storage time. Methods The first group 50 units of red blood cells and 50 units of leukocytes reduced red blood cells were stored at 0,21 and 35 hours in winter seasons respectively and the same as the second group in summer seasons. The hemoglobin concentration from the supernate of the units was tested by using benzdine hydrochloride. Results In winter seasons the hemoglobin concentration(g/L) of suspended red blood cells and leukocytes reduced red blood cells stored at 0,21 and 35 hours was 0. 11±0.05,0.54±0.12,0.62±0.17 and 0.17±0.15,0.73±0.16,0.82±0.21 respectively. In summer seasons they were 0.15±0.06,0.62±0.11,0.88±0. 15 and 0. 21±0. 16,0. 76±0. 15,0. 97±0. 17 (g/L). Conclusion It is necessary to establish reference standard of hemoglobin concentration of red blood cells and leukocytes reduced red blood cells for quality control in blood services.
