摘要
小儿抗毒颗粒处方是由柴胡、黄芩、菊花、石膏等8味中药组成,具有清热解毒、利咽止咳功效。目的:该处方为国家名中医王烈教授多年临床应用的经验处方,现对处方中醇提工艺部分进行研究,筛选出最佳的提取工艺条件。方法:根据处方的功能主治和药物成分的性质,采用乙醇提取法进行提取,利用单因素考察法进行了条件优选。结果:最佳的工艺条件为将四味药粉碎成粗粉,润湿后置于渗漉筒中,加6倍于药材量的90%乙醇溶液,浸渍6h,每小时收集柱体积的1/48速度渗漉,在60℃以下进行减压干燥。
Objective： This prescription was created by professor Wanglie. Now enthanol extraction for the preschption is researched in order to get the best ektracfion conditions. Xiaoer kangdu granules is composed of RADIX ARNEBIAE, HERBA ARTEMISIAE ANNYAE and so on. Methods ： We adopt enthanol extraction. The optimum extraction was investigated by the single factor. Results. Adding 6 times amount 90% alcohol, percolation processes for extraction. Immersing for 6 hours and velocity is 1/48 avail volume of diacolation container. Below 60℃ for drying.
