摘要
用细脚拟青霉给正常及环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制大鼠灌胃２１ｄ，灌洗并培养腹腔巨噬细胞，用生化方法测定巨噬细胞内乳酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶和精氨酸酶的活性，并进一步观察巨噬细胞摄取中性红的能力。结果表明：细脚拟青霉可显著提高正常及环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内乳酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶和精氨酸酶的活性，并增强巨噬细胞对中性红的摄取能力。提示：细脚拟青霉对腹腔巨噬细胞具有激活作用。
After the aqueous decoction of Paecilomyces tenuipes was perfused into the stomach for 21 days,peritoneal macrophage(PMφ) of normal rats and immunosuppressed rats induced by cyclophosphamide were cultured.The activities of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), acid phosphatase(ACPase) and arginase in the PMφ were detected by biochemical methods,and the neutral red absorption of PMφ were observed too.The results showed that the activities of LDH,ACPase and arginase in the PMφ of normal rats and immunosuppressed rats increased markedly,and the neutral red absorption of PMφ of immunosuppressed rats increased significantly,too.It is suggested that paecilomyces tenuipes can activated the PMφ.
