摘要
在学生管理工作中,设置年级辅导员是十分必要的。本文认为要真正做好年级辅导员工作应从四个方面来解决:一是了解年级辅导员设置的必要性,二是明确年级辅导员的工作职责,三是应突出工作重点,四是应掌握工作方法。
Setting up some grade counselors is quite necessary during the work of managing the students. The authers think that we should work efficiently from the following four aspects, firstly, we should make clear the mecessity of setting up grade counsellors. Secondly, we should grasp their responsibhities. Thirdly, we should protrude the main points of the work. Finally, we should know the proper working methods.
