摘要
为了鉴别精液中的各种有核细胞,采用染色体荧光原位杂交技术(FISH),对精液中常出现的细胞间期核进行了观察。结果表明:根据杂交信号的数目和位置,结合细胞核特有的形态,本法可以对初级精母细胞,次级精母细胞,精子细胞,精子及中性粒细胞进行鉴别。
In order to identify nucleated cells in human semen, we detected interphase nuclei of nucleated cells by fluorescence in situ hybridization. The results showed that primary spermatocyte, secondary spermatocyte, spermatid, spermatozoon and neutrophil can be identified by the different numbers of hybridization signals in nuclei associated with their morphological characteristics.
