摘要
①目的探讨Ⅵ型胶原在椎间盘的生理和退变过程中的作用。②方法对正常椎间盘及椎间盘突出症病人的总胶原及Ⅵ型胶原进行定量分析。③结果病理纤维环与髓核的总胶原含量均较正常样本升高(t=3.36,10.18,P均<0.01)。正常椎间盘中Ⅵ型胶原约占其干重的1.0%,纤维环胶原总量的1.7%和髓核胶原总量的4.0%,病理纤维环及髓核中Ⅵ型胶原的含量较正常椎间盘明显降低(t=6.65,9.21,P均<0.01)。④结论Ⅵ型胶原是Ⅰ,Ⅱ型胶原即间质胶原与软骨细胞之间传递信息的桥梁,可能是控制胶原纤维形成的重要因素。Ⅵ型胶原与椎间盘结构及功能的稳定性有关。
Objective To study the effect of type Ⅵ collagen in the physiological and degradative processes of intervertebral disc. Methods The amount of total collagen and type Ⅵ collagen in both normal and prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc were quantified. Results The total collagen content of prolapsed disc was more than that in normal lumbar intervertebral disc ( t=3.36, 10.18,P <0 01). Type Ⅵ collagen accounted for about 1 0% of dry weight of the disc, 1.7% of the total collagen protein in annulus fibrosus and 4 0% of the total collagen protein in nucleus pulposus. The amount of type Ⅵ collagen in nucleus and annulus in prolapsed disc were much smaller than that in normal disc( t=6.65, 9.21, P <0.01). Conclusion Type Ⅵ collagen is the bridge of transmitting signal between chondral cell and interstitial collagens(Ⅰ,Ⅱ), and perhaps plays an important role in controlling the formation of collagen fibrils. Type Ⅵ collagen is also related with the stability of structure and function of the intervertebral disc.
