摘要
环渤海地区石油、天然气等能源资源的储量和产量都居于全国前列,但由于人口密度大,城市产业高度集聚,地区整体产业结构重型化程度的加强等,对能源的开发和利用都带来了较大压力。随着经济的快速发展,对能源的需求也在快速增加,油气资源将成为环渤海地区经济进一步发展的重要制约因素。实施国际化战略,建立海外油气生产基地和供应渠道,是弥补油气供需的有效途径。俄罗斯拥有丰富的天然气和石油,环渤海地区具有与其合作的有利条件。加强与俄罗斯的能源合作,是环渤海地区面向东北亚开放的战略选择。
There are many energy resources as petroleum, natural gas.., etc. in Bohai Rim. However, because of the regiong population density, many cities have high industry density which bring high pressure to develop and usage energy. With rapid economic development, requirement of petroleum and natural gas resources quickly increase. To put international strategy into practice and establish the oversea oil and natural gas produces is a valid path to make up the energy supply and demand. Russia owns abundant natural gas and petroleum, and Bohai Rim has the beneficial term of energy cooperation with it. Enhance energy cooperation with Russia is accurate position of Bohai Rim to Northeast Asia.
