摘要 以不同花期的丹东杜鹃花品种为材料,研究其在花芽分化过程中叶片可溶性糖、叶绿素含量的变化,结果表明:杜鹃花在花芽分化前可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量增加,说明这些指标有利于花芽始创,可以确定杜鹃花在丹东地区早花品种花芽分化临界点在6月1日到15日,中花品种花芽分化临界点在6月15日到30日,晚花品种花芽分化临界点在6月30至7月15。为丹东杜鹃花的开花生理研究及花期调控措施的制定提供理论依据。 Changes of chlorophyll and soluble sugar contents in leaves of Rhododendron in Dandong when its floral bud differentiates were studied. The results are as follows: the contents of soluble sugar and chlorophyll increase before the floral buds differentiate, indicating such an increase is helpful to the formation of floral buds. Besides, it is found that the critical point of the early- blooming type's floral bud differentiation is between June 1st and June 15th; the mid - blooming type is between June 15th and June 30th; and the late -blooming type is between June 30th and July 15th.
