摘要
目的:观察复方丹参合剂对抗去卵巢大鼠骨元素代谢紊乱的作用。方法:将健康4月龄雌性SD大鼠36只,随机分成6组。A组(正常对照);B组(假去卵巢);C组(去卵巢);D组(去卵巢+合剂小剂量);E组(去卵巢+合剂中等剂量);F组(去卵巢+合剂大剂量)。去卵巢后第2 d开始,连续用药11周。用测定骨元素含量的方法,分析了复方丹参合剂(三种不同浓度)对切除双侧卵巢后的大鼠骨矿物元素代谢的影响。结果:去卵巢大鼠骨Ca、S、Mg、Mn等元素明显降低,骨P含量增加,复方丹参合剂可使去卵巢大鼠降低的骨Ca、S、Mg、Mn等矿物元素均显著回升,骨P回降。结论:复方丹参合剂具有良好的对抗由于去卵巢引起骨元素代谢紊乱作用。
aim: To investigate the effect of compound DAN SHEN MIXTURE (DSM) on bone mineral element metabolism in ovariectomized rats, Methods: 36 female Sprague- Dawtey (SD) rats were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 rats in each group: A, normal control group; B. sham ovariectomy group; C. ovariectomy (OVX) group; D. OVX + DSM (1:4) group; E. OVX + DSM ( 1 : 2) group; F. OVX + DSM ( 1 : 1 ) group. The rats in D. E. F group received DSM from the next day after operation, 5 dags a week for 11 weeks . All the rats were killed by arterial blood letting under anesthesia at the end of the eleventh week, and the bone mineral element: Ca,S ,P ,Mg ,Zn,Mn ,Co were examined . Results: Ca,Mg,S,Co,Mn ,Zn reduced obviously and P incieased in bone of the OVX rats. DSM opposes the clanges of Ca,Mg,S,Co,Mn,Zn and P in bone of the OVX rats. Conclustion: DSM may correct the confusion of bone mineral element metabolism in OVX rats.
