摘要
目的采用原子吸收火焰法测定门冬氨酸钾镁注射液中钾、镁的含量。方法采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法,氯化镧作为释放剂。结果本方法的平均回收率分别为100.5%(钾)、102.3%(镁)。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确,适合于门冬氨酸钾镁注射液中钾、镁的含量测定。
Aim To establish AAS methods for determing K, Mg contained in potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartatse injection. Methods Samples were assayed by acetylene-air flame AAS using releasing agent lanthanum chloride. Results The average recoveries were 100.5% for K, 102.3% for Mg. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of K, Mg contained in potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartatse injection.
